These terms govern your use of lionpromos.com and any quote, sample or order you place with LionPromos ("we", "us").
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. An order is confirmed upon our written confirmation and receipt of the agreed deposit.
MOQ starts from 100 pieces per design for most items. Specific MOQs are confirmed per product during quoting.
Prices are quoted EXW/Yiwu or FOB as agreed. A 30% deposit starts production; the balance is due before shipment. Bank and platform fees are borne by the buyer.
Pre-production samples are available; sample costs are credited against the confirmed bulk order where agreed.
Standard lead time is 7–15 business days after sample approval, varying by product and season. Rush options may be available.
We ship worldwide by courier or sea freight. Risk passes per the chosen Incoterms; the buyer is responsible for import duties and taxes.
You retain rights to your own logos and artwork. Custom tooling made at your expense remains your property. We do not reproduce third-party trademarks without authorization.
Our liability is limited to the value of the affected goods. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes are resolved by negotiation, then arbitration.
